Relationship Manager

Overview:

Successful candidates will work in a call center environment assisting customers by answering questions, taking payments, and providing payment solutions.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Review delinquent customer accounts
  • Collect complete customer information, including the reason for delinquency via telephone
  • Make payment arrangements
  • Monitor customer progress and making outbound collection calls
  • Work with customers and internal staff to resolve delinquency

  • Collections experience with a focus on supporting customers, for a successful future
  • Automobile or small loan finance company collection experience is a plus
