This position provides administrative support to a call center group, providing time-based solutions to a variety of requests. Answer phones, greet customers and provide superior customer service. The assigned tasks range from immediate requests where a customer is waiting for paperwork to be processed, to assigned tasks that may or may not be as time sensitive, liquidating accounts, data mining, auction tracking, asset tracking, payment processing and insurance claims. Additionally, many duties must be scheduled for follow up to insure they are completed in a timely manner, and to completion, with reminders provided when needed. Other duties will be provided to ensure the department meets its objectives.
